Junior Executive - Horticulture

Responsibilities

• Supervise gardeners and horticulture staff on daily activities.
• Plan and monitor landscape maintenance schedules.
• Ensure proper watering, pruning, fertilization, and pest control.
• Inspect plant health and arrange timely replacement of damaged or dead plants.
• Monitor irrigation systems and ensure efficient water usage.
• Maintain indoor and outdoor landscapes according to client standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and aesthetic appearance of all landscaped areas.
• Manage inventory of plants, fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and consumables.
• Coordinate with vendors for plant procurement and landscaping materials.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address client concerns promptly.
