We are looking for an HR Jr. Executive / Executive to join our HR & Administration team at our Sanitary Pad Manufacturing Unit, Seetharampur, Shadnagar, Hyderabad, Telangana.

Position: HR Jr. Executive / Executive
Department: Human Resources & Administration
Experience: 1-3 Years
Qualification: MBA HR / MHRM / Equivalent HR Qualification
Salary: 1.5 LPA – 4.0 LPA
Preference: Female candidates preferred
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Plant HR experience preferred
Computer Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel,

MS Word & PowerPoint) is required

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, onboarding & induction
• Employee documentation & personnel file management
• Attendance management & payroll inputs
• Contract labour and manpower, vendor coordination
• PF & ESIC support & statutory compliance documentation
• Maintenance of HR statutory records and registers
• Training & Development coordination and record maintenance
• Employee engagement & welfare activities
• Canteen and transportation coordination
• Security and housekeeping coordination
• General plant administration & day-to-day HR activities
• Preparation and maintenance of HR MIS, reports and employee data using MS Excel

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in HR & Administration
• Manufacturing / Plant HR experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC, & labour/statutory compliance
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle day-to-day HR & Admin activities
• Willingness to work at the Seetharampur Plant
