Junior Executive - Buying

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive in Buying to join our dynamic Buying Department. As a Junior Executive, you will assist in the day-to-day preparation of purchase requisition and orders. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the buying process within a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Local Purchase Requisitions.
• Create Local Purchase Orders.
• Ensure purchases meet required quantities.
• Prepare central purchase orders, including import orders.
• Update product prices.
• Prepare and modify purchase-related agreements.
• Create, update, and block articles.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and records.
• Coordinate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to procurement activities.

Requirements:

• Any Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
• 0-1 years of experience in a buying or purchasing role
• Good communication skills.
• Basic system/computer awareness and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
