JOB SUMMARY
Wissen Technology is hiring a Junior Executive - BizOps professional to support business operations, vendor governance, workforce administration, reporting, and procurement processes. The role focuses on operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, contract lifecycle support, timesheet governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient business operations.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)
- Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and dashboard creation (3+ years)
- Experience managing Task Orders, Statements of Work (SOW), Change Orders, MSA, and NDA documentation
- Hands-on experience with Beeline for contingent workforce management and vendor operations
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass for procurement and workforce administration
- Analytical reporting and MIS reporting with actionable business insights
- Timesheet management and coordination across cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and operational coordination skills Optional Skills (Good to Have)

- Power BI or Tableau reporting tools
- Knowledge of workforce compliance and audit requirements
