Junior Executive - Accounts

Brief Job Description:

• Prepare and analyze inventory reports, payable reports, and related financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash/bank transactions.
• Coordinate with concerned departments to collect accurate data for reporting purposes.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support the Accounts team in process improvements and ERP/XLS-based reporting.

Key Result Areas:

• Accuracy and timeliness in preparation of reports.
• Effective management of inventory and payable records.
• Smooth execution of accounting cycle and reconciliations.

Skills required:

• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Good Knowledge in MS Excel (XLS) and familiarity with accounting/ERP software.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Educational /Professional Qualification:

• B Com, M Com

Work Experience:

• 1 year in accounts or Inventory
