Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in RCC conventional construction to supervise site execution, ensure construction quality and monitor project progress. Experience in residential/commercial building projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Handle RCC conventional works, including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting and formwork.
• Ensure execution as per approved structural and architectural drawings.
• Check line, level, alignment, reinforcement and shuttering before concreting.
• Monitor construction quality, workmanship and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
• Manage manpower, material requirements and daily site activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Check measurements, quantities and material consumption.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with senior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with construction specifications and safety procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience.
• Hands-on experience in RCC conventional construction is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of reinforcement, shuttering, concreting and structural drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of quality control, quantity estimation and site supervision.
• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
