Junior Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in desktop, laptop, and PC hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Maintain and support computer peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, PDAs, smartphones, and other end-user devices.
• Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and drivers.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting, including cable crimping, IP addressing, subnetting, and internet connectivity issues.
• Provide end-user technical support and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and antivirus software such as Kaspersky, McAfee, and Quick Heal.
• Diagnose technical problems efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain IT assets and documentation.
• Support Editorial applications(Patrika, Newswrap, Quark)
