Junior Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure site operations run smoothly by supervising laborers, controlling quantities, and overseeing construction activities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize site execution.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and costs incurred.
• Assist project manager in following day to day schedule, achieve project timelines, quality control, overlook safety measures undertaken on site.
• The role requires strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practical site execution skills, quality awareness, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• The candidate will ensure that construction work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and company requirements.
