Junior Engineer

Responsible for machine operation, troubleshooting technical and quality issues, supporting preventive maintenance activities, and ensuring smooth production operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machines and resolve technical issues during production.
• Support production planning, machine loading, and changeovers.
• Ensure First-Time-Right production and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor machine performance and support achievement of production targets.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues related to machines and measuring instruments.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and minimize machine downtime.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and machines in good working condition.
• Support Kaizen, productivity improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards on the shop floor.

Mandatory Skills

• Basic knowledge of industrial machines and mechanical systems.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
• Quality awareness and experience with measuring instruments.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of 5S and safe machine operation practices.
