Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring and driving quality standards across construction activities, ensuring
compliance with specifications, timely closure of quality observations, and effective snagging and
handover processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site quality inspections and quality walks with project teams.
Monitor quality observations, NCRs, checklists, material quality, and corrective actions.
Ensure effective snagging and de-snagging of units before handover.
Coordinate contractor kick-off meetings, method statements, mock-ups, and workmen training.
Analyze quality trends and present insights in periodic reviews.
Drive quality awareness and training initiatives across project sites.
Coordinate with Project Heads, Engineers, contractors, and site teams to maintain quality standards.
Experience: 34 years
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
Industry: Real Estate Construction
