Junior Engineer - Paint Shop Quality

Role & responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of colour matching activities and ability to justify visual appearance.

• Hands-on experience with paint shop QC instruments such as X-Rite meter, gloss meter, etc., for measurement and analysis.

• Good understanding of bumper painting appearance defects and troubleshooting techniques.

• Thorough knowledge of the bumper painting process.

• Good communication skills to interact with customers regarding standards and specifications.

• Problem-solving skills using quality tools such as the 8D , Why why analysis , countermeasure preparation.

• Basic knowledge of bumper assembly processes.

• General Shift activities and control the three shift painting Process.
