Junior Engineer ( Facade & Glazing )

Job Summary

• We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Junior Engineer with 1-4 years of experience in facade and glazing projects.
• The candidate will assist in planning, execution, quality control, measurement, and coordination of facade works to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the execution of facade, glazing, cladding, doors & windows, and architectural metal works.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Supervise installation teams and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare quantity reconciliation reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and approved method statements.
• Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and site inventory.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate site inspections and closure of consultant/client observations.
• Support billing activities by verifying executed quantities.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies at site.
• Report project progress, challenges, and resource requirements to management.
