Junior Electrical Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in electrical works for new store openings, renovations, and fit-out projects.
• Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical distribution systems, lighting, generators, transformers, and UPS systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical infrastructure.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and facility teams to ensure timely project execution and maintenance activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, local regulations, and engineering best practices.
• Prepare inspection reports, maintenance records, BOQs, technical documentation, and project updates.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, hypermarket, facility management, MEP, construction, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical distribution systems, lighting, generators, transformers, and UPS equipment.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.
