Junior EHS Executive

Conduct regular plant safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.

Conduct and support HIRA, JSA and risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities.

Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems including hot work, work at height, confined space, electrical and maintenance activities.

Ensure safe handling, storage and transportation of chemicals and hazardous materials.

Monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices among employees and contractors.

Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks and regular EHS training.

Conduct and coordinate fire drills, emergency mock drills and emergency preparedness activities.

Investigate accidents, near misses and incidents, identify root causes and follow up on corrective actions.

Monitor fire-fighting systems, emergency equipment and safety installations.

Maintain EHS records including inspection reports, training records, PTW records, incident reports and statutory documentation.

Support internal, external and statutory safety audits and ensure closure of observations.

Monitor hazardous and non-hazardous waste management and applicable environmental requirements.

Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, QA/QC and contractors for implementation of safety measures.

Support compliance with applicable Factories Act, safety regulations and environmental requirements.

Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across the plant.
