Junior Draughtsman

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to gather information on existing conditions and prepare reports.
  
• Create BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in drafting or related field (architecture/civil engineering).
  
• Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software; knowledge of Revit an added advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of tender documentation, evaluation, cost estimation.
