About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Junior Recruiter with experience in Domestic Recruitment to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate relationships. Candidates who are available for immediate joining are preferred.

Junior Recruiter – Domestic Recruitment

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
• Understand job requirements shared by hiring managers.
• Perform initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
  
  

Candidate Coordination

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
• Maintain proper communication throughout the recruitment process.
  
  

Screening & Evaluation

• Evaluate candidate profiles based on technical and non-technical requirements.
• Conduct preliminary HR screening calls.
• Assess communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  
  

Database & Reporting

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Update daily recruitment status reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of candidate information.
  
  

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers.
• Support team hiring targets and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
  
  

Required Skills

• Good understanding of Domestic Recruitment process.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT and Non-IT roles.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
