Junior Developer - ZOHO CRM (Remote/India)

About the Role We're looking for a Junior Developer who is eager to learn new technologies and apply them to solve real business problems. You'll support internal development, Zoho CRM customization, automation, API integrations, reports, dashboards, and technical troubleshooting. This role is ideal for a fresher or junior candidate with basic coding knowledge, strong logical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to turn business requirements into practical technical solutions.

What You'll Do • Assist in developing and maintaining internal business applications and CRM-related solutions • Support Zoho CRM customization — modules, fields, layouts, workflows, blueprints, validation rules, and custom buttons • Create, update, and debug basic Zoho Deluge functions and automation scripts • Work on API integrations, webhooks, JSON payloads, and third-party connections • Test API requests and responses using Postman or similar tools • Support basic CRM widget/frontend work using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Build and validate CRM reports, Zoho Analytics dashboards, and business MIS reports • Identify process gaps and suggest simple technical improvements • Test new features, workflows, and integrations before production release • Maintain clear technical documentation for field mappings, API names, workflows, and integration logic

What You'll Need • Programming Basics — variables, conditions, loops, functions, lists/arrays, maps/objects, and error handling • Web Basics — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser console debugging • API Understanding — REST APIs, GET/POST requests, webhooks, JSON, headers, tokens, and response handling • Problem Solving — ability to break down business problems and debug step by step • Data Skills — Excel/Google Sheets basics, data validation, imports/exports, and report checking

Qualification

• BCA, B.Sc in Computer Science, B.Tech/BE, MCA, Diploma in CS/IT, or any graduate with basic coding knowledge.
