About the Role -

We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Partner who enjoys interacting with customers and helping them with their queries and requirements. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, support onboarding, resolve issues, and maintain good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities -

- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.

- Help customers with product onboarding and basic product-related queries.

- Follow up with customers and ensure their issues are resolved on time.

- Maintain good relationships with customers.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Technology, and Support.

- Track customer queries, requests, and follow-ups.

- Collect customer feedback and share it with the relevant teams.

- Keep customer information and interaction details updated in CRM/internal systems.

- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and customer updates.

- Identify customer concerns and escalate them to the right team when required.

- Support customer satisfaction and retention.
