Junior Customer Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Daily Processing of orders in SAP
• Removing delivery blocks on time ensure order cube targets are achieved for TL (3200) CPU (2500)
• Follow the protocols for min order quantities and applicable fees allowances
• Able to take customer calls via TalkDesk and provide solutions
• Look for process improvement opportunities bring in -10K cost savings
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders external partners
• Communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely across all organizational levels
• Support a collaborative environment where every team member can contribute and grow

What you bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor s degree in supply chain, logistics or order management
• 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain environment
• Intermediate-advanced capability with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills (English)

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and FourKites
• Advanced knowledge of SAP
• Results-oriented, analytical, detail-focused, organized, flexible, proactive, strong communication skills, and high organizational awareness.
