Junior Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Site Engineer with 3-7 years of experience in construction site execution. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and tracking of daily site activities, monitoring work quality, coordinating with contractors, preparation of billing with measurement sheets and backup documents, also, ensuring projects are executed as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities including coordination with various agencies at the project site.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Verify measurements and quantities for contractor billing.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Track material consumption and coordinate material requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Assist in resolving technical and site execution issues.
• Maintain site records, checklists, and documentation.
• Support senior engineers and project managers in project execution.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, masonry, plastering, and civil construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Basic understanding of quantity estimation and billing.
• Familiarity with quality control and site safety procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS projects, ERP and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple site activities.

Preferred Experience

• Residential, commercial, educational projects.
• Experience in contractor management and site coordination.
• Exposure to project documentation and reporting.
