Junior Civil Engineer

The Junior Civil Engineer will support project planning and execution activities by preparing shop drawings, estimating material quantities, maintaining project records, and coordinating with project teams. The role requires proficiency in CAD software, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure project requirements are accurately documented and executed.

• Prepare and revise shop drawings in accordance with the approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project specifications.
• Analyze drawings and determine accurate material quantities required for project execution.
• Upload and maintain finalized quantity data in the IN4V system.
• Track and monitor drawings, material quantities, and project progress through Powerplay software on a periodic basis.
• Attend project kick-off meetings, document key discussions, action items, and project requirements, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist senior engineers in project planning, quantity estimation, and technical documentation.
• Ensure drawings and quantity records are updated and maintained accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve drawing-related queries and support project execution.
• Adhere to company quality standards, project timelines, and reporting requirements.

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar).
• Basic understanding of quantity estimation and BOQ interpretation.
• Familiarity with construction materials and civil engineering practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Bachelors Degree (B.E.) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of civil construction materials and their applications.
• Basic understanding of sports ground construction and related infrastructure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to participate effectively in team discussions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, software, and processes.
