Location: Dehradun, Haridwar & Roorkee, Tanakpur, Champawat, Other Project Sites across Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, North India & Gujarat

This is a site-based role. Candidates should be willing to work at the assigned project location and be open to transfer/deployment at any VKJ project site across India, depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities.
• Supervise and monitor work as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors and site teams.
• Check materials, measurements, quantities and work progress.
• Assist in maintaining BOQ, measurements, site records and daily progress reports.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and other project teams for smooth execution.
• Identify and report site issues and support timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality and safety requirements.
• Support timely completion of assigned civil works.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
• Basic knowledge of civil construction, RCC, drawings and site execution.
• Ability to read and understand engineering/construction drawings.
• Basic understanding of BOQ, measurements and quantity estimation.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with construction, infrastructure, EPC or industrial project experience will be preferred.
• Willingness to work at project sites and relocate/transfer as per project requirements.
