    • Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, ensuring clarity and feasibility for site execution.
    • Collaborate with design teams to resolve discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.
    • Suggest practical modifications to designs based on site realities, material availability, and constructability.
    • Assist in preparing and updating as-built drawings and documentation for project records.
    • Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to support drawing revisions and technical detailing.

    3. Quantity Estimation and Billing

    • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment based on drawings and site measurements.
    • Assist in the preparation and verification of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and contractor bills.
    • Track material usage and reconcile with project budgets to prevent overruns.
    • Support procurement teams by providing accurate material requirements and delivery schedules.
    • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and delivery of materials.
    • Maintain documentation for all billing and estimation activities, ensuring transparency and audit readiness.

    4. Quality, Safety, and Compliance

    • Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures on-site.
    • Conduct material testing and inspection to ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant codes.
    • Identify and document non-conformities, initiating corrective actions in consultation with senior engineers.
    • Ensure all construction activities adhere to local building codes, environmental regulations, and organizational standards.
    • Promote a culture of safety by conducting toolbox talks, safety briefings, and regular audits.
    • Prepare and submit quality and safety reports to project management and regulatory authorities as required.

    5. Project Coordination and Communication

    • Act as a liaison between site teams, design consultants, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless information flow.
    • Participate in project meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and resource requirements.
    • Prepare and present technical reports, progress summaries, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support the project manager in scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management activities.
    • Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing among site personnel.
