Junior Business Finance Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE:-

l Join our Business Finance team as a Business Finance Specialist, responsible for connecting with prospective

customers interested in Business Loans.

l Reach out to premium and high-intent leads, along with other leads based on business requirements.

l Understand customers business needs and financing requirements to identify relevant Business Loan opportunities.

l Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, key terms and documentation requirements clearly to customers.

l Build strong customer relationships through professional and consultative conversations.

l Qualify leads based on customer requirements and basic eligibility and move relevant prospects through the sales

journey.

l Follow up consistently with interested customers to drive conversions and application completion.

l Handle customer queries and objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions.

l Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from lead qualification to loan processing.

l Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the relevant systems.

l Work towards defined calling, conversion and business targets while maintaining a strong customer experience.

l Ensure all customer interactions and communication are aligned with company policies and compliance requirements.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

l 1+ years of experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling or customer-facing sales roles.

l Experience in Business Loans, Personal Loans, Lending, Banking, NBFCs or FinTech will be preferred.

l Experience handling premium/high-value leads or customers will be an added advantage.

l Strong Hindi and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with

customers.

l Comfortable handling outbound calls and managing a lead funnel through regular follow-ups.

l Strong sales, persuasion and objection-handling skills.

l Ability to understand customer requirements and explain financial products in a simple and clear manner.

l Comfortable speaking with business owners and premium customers.

l Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment.

l Strong follow-up and lead management skills.

l Good customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.

l Basic understanding of financial products, with the ability and willingness to learn Business Loan products.

l Comfortable working with CRM systems and other sales tools.

l Open to undergraduates.

l Comfortable working six days a week.
