Junior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and hunt for new business prospects in India and USA markets
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Schedule and support discovery calls/meetings with potential clients
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions in CRM tools
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies
• Stay updated on the latest business development tools and market trends

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in business development / lead generation / prospect hunting
• Prior experience targeting India and USA markets is a must
• Familiarity with the latest prospecting and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, email outreach/automation tools, lead databases such as Apollo/ZoomInfo, etc.)
• Excellent verbal communication skills - mandatory
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Local Pune candidates strongly preferred
