Junior Business Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

• Looking for a Business Analyst to act as a Product Specialist for our AI-powered sell-side CRM platform.
• You will bridge business, product, and AI
• driving use cases, refining features, and ensuring strong client adoption.
• Understand Product and act as the subject matter expert
• Gather requirements and convert them into user stories/specs
• Define and refine AI use cases (chatbots, insights, recommendations)
• Work closely with engineering and AI teams on implementation
• Engage with clients for demos, onboarding, and feedback
• Analyze data and validate AI outputs for business relevance .

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Business/Product Analyst
• Experience with CRM or financial workflows (sell-side preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field
• Strong preference for candidates with exposure to data, analytics, or financial markets Preferred Skills
• Certifications or coursework in Business Analysis, Product Management, or AI/ML.
• Basic understanding of AI/LLMs and data-driven products.
