Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor Azure Integration Services platform components.
• Support Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, API Management, and Event Grid/Event Hub.
• Monitor platform health, availability, and performance.
• Respond to incidents and service requests using runbooks.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when required.
• Support Azure resource administration and maintenance activities.
• Manage resource groups, RBAC assignments, and networking configurations.
• Track incidents, alerts, and requests as per SLA requirements.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
• Support post-incident reviews and handover activities.

Experience Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in Azure or cloud platform support.
• Hands-on experience with Azure platform operations.
• Knowledge of Azure Integration Services components.
• Experience with Azure Storage administration and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Azure Service Bus and messaging services.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Knowledge of incident management and operational support processes.
• Understanding of Azure networking concepts (VNETs, Subnets, NSGs).
• Experience with ServiceNow is an added advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shift-based support environments.
