Junior Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and calibration of field instruments such as Pressure, Flow, Level, and Temperature transmitters.
• Troubleshooting of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and Industrial Automation Systems.
• Maintenance of Control Valves, Actuators, and Analyzers.
• Execution of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Loop checking, commissioning, and instrument health monitoring.
• Reading and interpretation of P&IDs, loop drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of instrumentation failures.
• Compliance with plant safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of PLC/DCS systems (Siemens, Yokogawa, Allen Bradley preferred).
• Experience in instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with process instrumentation.
• Knowledge of networking protocol.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work during shutdown and emergency maintenance activities
