Junior Associate Claims

Role & responsibilities

• Read and interpret the process documents provided by the client.
• Analyze insurance claims and process them in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Navigate multiple client applications to capture the information required to process claims.
• Resolve routine issues using precedent and general guidelines.
• Consistently meet established productivity, schedule-adherence, and quality standards.
• Comply with all company policies and process-compliance requirements.
• Work in rotational shifts from the office premises, as per business requirements.

Requirements

• Any non-tech graduate from a recognized university
• Willingness to relocate to and work from Bangalore.
• A personal laptop available for use during the training stage.
• Comfortable with rotational shift patterns
• Comfortable with professional compliance standards required by the US healthcare insurance industry.
