JUNIOR ASSISTANT/SENIOR ASSISTANT /RECOVERY OFFICER/ JUNIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Junior Assistant/Senior Assistant/Recovery Officer in the Branch Recovery department. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a related field.

• Manage and oversee the recovery process for default customers.
• Conduct fieldwork to identify and recover outstanding amounts from customers.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce defaults.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of recovery activities.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Possess strong knowledge of branch recovery, loan recovery, and debt management principles.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
