Junior Architect

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, including working drawings, details, and presentation drawings.
  
• Coordinate with consultants from various disciplines (MEP, structure, facade) for design coordination.
  
• Collaborate on interior designing tasks such as space planning and material selection.
  
• Develop construction documents and procurement specifications for projects.
  
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and building codes through site visits and documentation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in architecture or related field.
  
• Diploma or B.Arch degree required; relevant certifications an asset.
  
• Proficiency in software tools like SketchUp, REVIT, AutoCAD; knowledge of engineering principles a plus.
