Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in concept development, design, and project execution.
• Prepare and modify architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Develop working drawings and construction drawings as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
• Assist in preparing 3D models, presentations, and design documentation.
• Visit project sites to understand site conditions and monitor work progress.
• Coordinate with site teams and clarify drawing-related requirements.
• Ensure drawings are prepared accurately and in accordance with project standards.
• Incorporate design changes and revisions based on project requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings and project information.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or similar software

will be an added advantage.

• Basic understanding of building materials, construction methods, and architectural

detailing.

• Good design sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and technical drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and meet project deadlines.
• B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Freshers to 2 years of experience in an architectural firm
