Role & responsibilities

Zaish Architects is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in architecture, design, and 3D visualization, with a willingness to learn and work on diverse projects

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and design proposals.
• Prepare 2D architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Create and develop 3D architectural models and presentations.
• Assist in design development from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with senior architects and consultants.
• Prepare working drawings and documentation.
• Participate in site visits and understand on-site execution.
• Assist in material, finishes, and design selections.
• Ensure drawings and designs meet project requirements and standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Location: Chennai
Position: Junior Architect
Experience: Freshers / 02 Year

Skills Required

• B.Arch degree or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp / 3D modelling software.
• Knowledge of V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar rendering software is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of architectural construction and detailing.
• Good design sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
