Junior Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models
• Support concept development and design presentations
• Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, and consultants
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations
• Participate in site visits and monitor construction progress
• Review project specifications and material selections
• Help prepare documentation, BOQs, and approval drawings
• Assist in client meetings and incorporate feedback into designs

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Basic knowledge of real estate project lifecycle
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office
• Understanding of building codes and construction methods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
