Role & responsibilities

1. Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare 2D drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D models and presentations using SketchUp.
• Create high-quality architectural visualizations and walkthroughs using Lumion and Enscape.
• Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure timely completion of drawings and presentations.
• Support senior architects in design development and project execution.

2. Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and development from concept to execution.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentations.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Handle client meetings, presentations, design discussions, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
• Ensure projects meet design, quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills

• AutoCAD,SketchUp,Lumion,Enscape,Adobe Photoshop,Adobe Illustrator,Client Handling,Project Management,Strong communication and presentation skills,Team coordination and leadership

Preferred Project Knowledge

Candidates should have a good understanding or working experience in:

• Urban Planning

• Hospitality Designs
• Government Projects
• Architectural Design Development
• Project Coordination and Execution

Candidate Profile

Experience 0 - 3 years of relevant experience, with strong software and architectural visualization skills.
