Junior Architect Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings & documentation as per project requirements.
• Support team in design development, layout planning & concept presentations.
• Work on space planning & design solutions that are functional, aesthetic and efficient.
• Coordinate with clients, understand their requirements and incorporate feedback in designs.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to understand design objectives, provide progress updates, and address any design-related queries or concerns.
• Participate in site visits whenever required to understand site conditions / verify dimensions.
• Support team in research, new material selection and innovative design solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles & space planning.
• Strong command in architectural software (AutoCAD / V Ray / Revit / Lumion / Sketchup / 3D Max / Photoshop).
• Good communication & presentation skills.
• Out-of-the-box thinking with problem solving approach.
• Positive attitude, ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
• Passion to learn and grow in retail & residential/commercial design segment.
