Junior Analyst Participation Servicing

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and analyze financial data to determine loan eligibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to loan servicing, collections, and recoveries.
• Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions, including notes on conversations with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
• Strong understanding of loan processing, loan syndication, and loan servicing principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
