Junior Analyst, Agency Servicing
We are seeking a Junior Analyst to support the servicing and administration of agented syndicated loan facilities throughout the loan lifecycle. The role involves assisting with payment processing, preparation and distribution of loan notices, maintenance of servicing trackers and records, and ensuring accurate execution of operational activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the broader servicing team while developing an understanding of agent bank responsibilities, syndicated lending products, and loan servicing processes.
Roles and responsibilities
- Assist in preparing lender notices (drawdown, rollover, rate reset, interest and fee notices) using approved templates
- Maintain lender contact lists, facility trackers and notice calendars
- Key payment and allocation entries in Loan IQ for review by seniors
- Support daily reconciliation of borrower receipts and lender distributions
- Log borrower requests, compliance deliverables and consent requests in trackers
- Maintain document and audit trail for each facility event
Experience and qualification
- 0 to 1 year of experience in banking operations, loan servicing, financial services, accounting, or a related operational environment is preferred
- Degree in finance, commerce, economics, accounting or a related field
- Basic understanding of syndicated loans and the role of the agent
- High attention to detail and strong written English
