Junior AI Developer

We are looking for a motivated

Junior AI Developer who is eager to learn and work on real-world AI products, including chatbots, RAG-based systems, AI agents, automation workflows, and business intelligence solutions. The candidate should have a basic understanding of Python, APIs, databases, and AI/ML or GenAI concepts. This role is suitable for someone who wants to grow in the field of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, and AI automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-based applications using Python.
• Work on chatbot and AI agent development.
• Assist in building RAG-based systems using company documents and knowledge bases.
• Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar models.
• Work with vector databases and embeddings.
• Create and maintain REST APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Connect AI systems with external tools such as CRM, WhatsApp, websites, dashboards, and internal systems.
• Clean, structure, and prepare documents/data for AI ingestion.
• Test AI responses and improve prompt quality, accuracy, and reliability.
• Debug issues related to API integration, prompt responses, and data retrieval.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, mobile, and product teams.
• Stay updated with new AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Basic to good knowledge of Python.
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Basic knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI concepts.
• Interest in working with LLMs, prompts, embeddings, and RAG.
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn new AI tools and frameworks.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with FastAPI or Django.
• Basic knowledge of LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with LLM APIs like OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar.
• Understanding of vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Qdrant, or Weaviate.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering.
• Experience with chatbot development.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of Docker is a plus.
• Familiarity with frontend/mobile app integration is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification
