Junior AI Developer

We are looking to build a core technology team within the CTOs Office, with a specific focus on AI and emerging technologies. For this initiative, we are looking to identify exceptional engineering talent who have a strong builder mindset and a passion for technology.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for

B.Tech – Computer Science Engineering

candidates with 0–1 year of experience, including fresh graduates.

However, we would request you not to share profiles only based on academic eligibility. We are specifically interested in candidates who have demonstrated their ability to build, experiment and innovate.

Candidates with the following exposure would be preferred:

• Strong personal/academic technology projects beyond routine curriculum projects.
• Projects involving AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, automation, software engineering or emerging technologies.
• Participation in hackathons, coding competitions or innovation challenges.
• A meaningful GitHub profile with projects/code contributions.
• Live/deployed projects, prototypes, applications or products that they have built.
• Open-source contributions, technical blogs, research papers or other technology initiatives.
• Candidates who can demonstrate original thinking, problem-solving ability and a strong curiosity to learn and build.
• Most importantly, candidates should be able to clearly explain what they built, why they built it, their individual contribution, and the technical challenges they solved.

Compensation

We are open to offering competitive compensation to the right talent. The compensation will be discussed and finalized based on the candidate's technical assessment, interview performance, project quality and overall potential.

We are particularly interested in candidates who may not necessarily have a conventional fresher profile but have demonstrated exceptional ability through what they have built.
