Job Opening: Junior Admin Executive

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Admin Executive to support the smooth functioning of our day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general administrative and office coordination activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and other administrative requirements.
• Maintain records, documents, and administrative trackers.
• Support day-to-day office operations and facilities management.
• Assist with employee coordination and other office-related activities.
• Travel locally for official administrative requirements whenever required.

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in administration are welcome.
• Candidates with B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., or similar non-engineering educational backgrounds are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
• Good organizational and coordination skills are required.
• Ability to drive a 4-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.

Not Preferred:

• MBA graduates
• B.E./B.Tech or other engineering graduates
• Candidates looking for IT, software development, or purely technical roles
