Junior Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, and payable.
  
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  
• Maintain general ledger records and perform journal entries as needed.
  
• Ensure timely submission of tax returns (GST) and other regulatory filings.
  
• Provide support for audit processes by gathering necessary documents and providing information to external auditors.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in accountancy or related field.
  
• B.Com degree from a recognized university.
  
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software; knowledge of GST laws and regulations an added advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of building construction industry practices, particularly high rise buildings and residential projects.
