Junior Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements on a regular basis.
• Ensure timely submission of tax returns (GST) and other statutory compliances.
• Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement in internal controls and processes.
• Provide support to senior accountants as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in accountancy or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), B.Tech Computers or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP9/Tally/QuickBooks; knowledge of GST filing procedures preferred.
