Junior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and financial activities of our solar energy business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, invoices and receipts.
• Handle purchase, sales, expenses and payment entries.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Support GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and account statements.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 35 years of experience in accounting preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good numerical, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in a solar/construction/project-based company will be an added advantage.
