Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and the ability to handle accounting work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping.
• Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt transactions.
• Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and financial documents.
• Assist with GST and TDS-related work.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Update accounting data in Tally and MS Excel.
• Prepare basic accounting reports.
• Coordinate with senior accountants and auditors when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting.
• Software: Knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 and MS Excel is must
• Accounting Knowledge: Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
• Vehicle: Own vehicle compulsory.
• Skills: Responsible, honest, organized, and detail-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 18,000 23,000 per month.
• Performance-based incentives.
• Salary and benefits will be decided based on experience, skills, and performance.
