Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accountant Fresher to join our Finance team. This role is suitable for B.Com / Commerce graduates who have a basic understanding of accounting concepts and are interested in building their career in Finance & Accounting.

The candidate should have basic knowledge of journal entries, GST, TDS, invoicing, and MS Excel. Knowledge of Zoho Books will be an added advantage. Freshers who are willing to learn and develop their accounting skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording day-to-day accounting transactions in Zoho Books.
• Assist with journal entries, voucher posting, and ledger maintenance.
• Support the preparation of sales invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and proforma invoices.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and checking bank transactions.
• Support the team in maintaining GST and TDS-related records and documentation.
• Assist in preparing basic expense statements and MIS reports.
• Help maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in checking and reconciling collections and receipts with bank records.
• Coordinate with the senior accounting team for day-to-day accounting requirements.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Learn and assist with other accounting and finance activities as assigned.
