Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Equivalent.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate industry, to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

* Perform bill booking and invoice processing.

* Prepare and maintain GST filing reports and supporting data.

* Handle TDS and TCS calculations, working, and records.

* Manage bank entries, bank reconciliation, and regular bank updates.

* Monitor and clear suspense accounts and ensure proper accounting.

* Process payments and cheque issuance as required.

* Maintain accounting records and supporting documents.

* Ensure timely entries and proper documentation of all financial transactions.

* Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accounting-related queries.

* Handle other accounting and administrative activities assigned by management.

* Maintain accurate records in Tally and MS Excel.

* Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

Required Skills & Knowledge

* Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

* Knowledge of GST, TDS, and TCS.

* Experience in bank reconciliation and payment processing.

* Basic knowledge of RERA regulations, compliance, and real estate accounting requirements.

* Good numerical and analytical skills.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Real estate accounting experience will be preferred.

Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month
