Junior Accountant

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in accounting.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Managing and maintaining accurate financial records and accounts.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Providing support for budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, including GST.
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.

Job Requirements :

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and other accounting software is required.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with accounting standards and regulatory requirements is expected.
