Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
• Assist in Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Reconciliation and Vendor Reconciliation.
• Support preparation and verification of invoices, bills and payment documents.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance activities.
• Support monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for required documents.
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Accounting & Finance principles.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Tally / ERP / Accounting Software will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of GST & TDS.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 01 year of Accounts experience will be preferred.
• Candidates from Construction, Infrastructure, Mining or Logistics industries will have an added advantage.
• Immediate Joiners / Short Notice candidates preferred.
