Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage debtor accounts, ensuring timely payment and minimizing bad debts.
  
• Provide excellent communication skills to customers via phone calls, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional manner.
  
• Utilize Tally software for accounting purposes, including billing, invoicing, and inventory management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in an accountancy role or similar position.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction over the phone.
  
• Proficiency in Debtors Management using Tally software.
